Yes, absolutely. The DanceSwing is new to everyone, even dancers!

The DanceSwing Method is based on one basic step everyone can do and progressively increases in difficulty. All of the guests on our YouTube channel had no prior dance experience.

The creator, Stephanie Harris, leads the online sessions.

About: She was accepted into the Post-Secondary Education Program at the University of Minnesota at the age of 16 to join the dance program where she graduated with BFA in Dance. She trained at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Jacobs Pillow, Zenon Dance Company, Ballet Arts Minnesota among many others.

In 2001, she moved to NYC and became a certified Personal Trainer with the National Council of Strength and Fitness and worked at Equinox Fitness Clubs. She then transitioned into private at-home training where she had the pleasure of working with wonderful long-term clients.

In NYC, the DanceSwing Classes were available at private corporations; Goldman Sachs, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Hearst, and the Associated Press. It was the most successful class they offered. Now it's available to everyone via our Online Membership and at our private studio in Los Angeles.

It's easy! Simply contact us for a free return label. Once we receive the gear back your monthly charges will be stopped. You are responsible for the monthly payments while in possession of the gear for 12-months.
