The creator, Stephanie Harris, leads the online sessions.

About: At the age of 16 she was accepted into the dance program at the University of Minnesota where she graduated with BFA in Dance. She trained at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Jacobs Pillow, Zenon Dance Company, Ballet Arts Minnesota among many others.

In 2001, she moved to NYC and became a certified Personal Trainer with the National Council of Strength and Fitness and worked at Equinox Fitness Clubs. She then transitioned into private at-home training where she had the pleasure of working with wonderful long-term clients.

In NYC, the DanceSwing Classes were available at private corporations; Goldman Sachs, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Hearst, and the Associated Press. It was the most successful class they offered. Now it's available to everyone via our Online Membership.
