The DanceSocks are one size fits all. They can fit teens to adult sizes.
The DanceSocks are made of a combination of nylon and spandex and are consumable so they will need to be replaced over time. How long they last depends on how well maintained the floors are you use them on. When used on well maintained smooth floors they should last for months of regular use.
Make sure when washing to not use any fabric softener. This will reduce the elasticity and make them age faster.
Check the treads of your sneakers before putting them on to check for anything sharp like pebbles that make cause them to tear.
The DanceSocks are Berry Compliant, which means they are 100% USA Made. Manufactured in North Carolina since 2011.
The DanceSocks are designed to be worn over sneakers or a shoe with a rubber sole. We do not recommend them over dance or dress shoes because they may be too slippery and may move.

Dancesocks all over the world
I use dancesocks (or "socksies" as a friend calls them) for tango, zouk, and bachata. Because I travel a lot for work, I've used them in New York, San Francisco, Buenos Aires, Rio, Paris, Abu Dhabi, Montpellier, Madrid, Berlin, and Leipzig. Basically wherever I go. Especially for tango where the follower has to spin a lot, they are super-useful for impromptu dances on rough surfaces inside and outside. Because "socksies" are rare outside of the U.S., I give away pairs quite often. Followers tell me their knees thank the socksies. Super-useful product. One small improvement I would suggest is to have a tighter fit/more adhesive version for narrower shoes and heels. The current one-size-fits-all dancesocks sometimes slip off.
Love them... help to support my knees!
One of my socks stretched out a lot when I washed it. There is definitely a “learning curve” in figuring out the positioning on your shoe so that you don’t get a spot where you stick. So happy to have them available!
Dance Socks are Fabulous
I dance in a group of around 30 or more line dancers and most of us use them. We are able to make smooth turns and our knees and hips benefit. Our group loves them. I’ve had mine now for over 3 years. They are easy to wash and seem to be long wearing.
Perfect for dancing in comfortable sneakers
These have always worked very well when dancing in sneakers.
